Completion of any online questionnaire does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
A solicitor-client relationship only arises upon execution of a formal costs agreement.
11. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers. TMS. does not store full credit card details.
You are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider.
12. Appointments, Fees and Cancellations
Paid Consultations
All consultations are paid unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Fees are held in trust until the service is provided.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel
Late cancellations or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of the fee
No-shows will be invoiced and the fee will be deemed earned
Fees reflect time reserved and preparation undertaken
If TMS. cancels a consultation, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.
13. Free Consultations
Where offered, free consultations are limited to one per person and are strictly introductory.
They do not constitute legal advice or a full assessment.
Failure to attend without 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of eligibility for a free consultation.
14. Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly stated, all payments are non-refundable.
Where services are not deliverable, TMS. may, at its discretion, offer resupply of services or equivalent remedies.
15. Testimonials and User Content
By submitting content, feedback, or testimonials, you:
Confirm you own or have rights to the content
Grant TMS. a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing and promotional purposes
Waive moral rights where permitted by law
TMS. may remove content at its discretion.
